If payment is made before 12 pm on working day, the goods are delivered within 1-3 working days. After order payment on non-working days or holidays, the goods are delivered within 2-5 working days.
The seller reserves the right to change the shipping rates according to the order amount, the dimensions of the item and the place of delivery.

Please note that there are cases where after order confirmation and payment, it becomes apparent that the item you are shipping is out of stock because it has been sold in real-world stores and out of stock in a matter of days, even though our product stock is still displayed. In that case, it may take several days or even weeks for your order to be completed, if you choose to wait until stocks are replenished, or we exchange the goods for the same value or refund you.

Defective goods sold are eliminated, poor quality goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy 2001. June 29 Order no. 217 “On Approval of the Return and Replacement Rules” approved by the Return and Replacement Regulations.

The Buyer shall be entitled to return the goods by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the item to be returned and its order number) no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the item.
The following details must be provided: the customer’s name, the order number from which the item is to be returned, the specific items to be returned and the reasons for the return.
This is a prerequisite for a refund for the returned goods. Transportation costs for returning or exchanging for another item are borne by the customer.
The money is returned within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. In all cases, money for returned goods shall be transferred only to the bank account of the payer indicated on the goods return form. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
